Sandy Britton (nee Ellis), age 65 of Eaton Township, passed away unexpectedly on June 11, 2025, at her residence.
Born September 16, 1959, to James and Helen (nee Ostrander) Ellis, in Cleveland, Ohio, Sandy lived in Ohio most of her life. She graduated from Lakewood High School and later worked in the hospitality industry, including at Grafton Correctional Institution.
She loved her dogs and horses, including her dog, Luke.
Surviving are her sisters, Patty Erhardt, Janet (Jeff) King and Judy (Larry) Ellis as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Helen (nee Ostrander) Ellis as well as her sisters, Kathy Wacker and Chris Mullin.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Lorain Cremation Services handled the arrangements.
